July 17th, 2010 dawned a beautiful day, with sun and blue sky.
Participants stretched their throwing arms and threw a few shoes to check the sand depth.
In the pitAt 1:30PM, the teams were created - seven in total - by drawing names from a hat. Six people sat on the sidelines as spectators. Then, the games began.
