We are still in Dubai but leave in two weeks from today. The time is flying by but still we wait…. I am including a picture, taken by Gary, the guy doing carpentry work on our cottage, of a forest fire that raged throgh Southwest Port Mouton about two months ago. We weren’t really worried but this was only a few kilometers from our cottage. Luckily, we were separated by a harbour.

We will be in Port Mouton on June 24th, and will be able to check out the work that Gary, the carpenter and photographer has done for us. He sent pictures but I thought I would wait until I got there to post pictures of the work. Well, maybe I will post one to remind me of what to expect.
