Summer 2009


Summer 2009 has been a lovely, but busy summer for us. Between the house at 55 Hester and the cottage, we have done a lot of arranging, painting and sorting. Here are a few photos to fill you in on what we have been at.

The Tall Ships event drew us to the waterfront on two occasions, one to wander along the Halifax waterfront to view the ships, and then a second time to watch the parade of sail as they all made a final pass through the harbour before leaving for distant ports.

We attended our annual family gathering in Prince Edward Island (AKA PEI) traveling via the Confederation Bridge, which is the longest bridge in Canada and the longest over ice covered water in the world.
