Summer 2010

After the previous three posts about our summer, it seems rather redundant to do a “Summer 2010” blog, but nevertheless, I would like to summarize and close the summer holidays properly.

I have already written about Spain (read about Spain) and Newfoundland (read about Newfoundland), so I shall proceed immediately to Nova Scotia.

We spent most of our time safely ensconced at 22 Oceanview Drive, Port Mouton, Nova Scotia.

We seemed to spend most of our time working outdoors this summer, which involved taking out all the garden tools and lawn furniture. There was no little bit of grief trying to get large objects through this little door – out when we arrived, and in when we left.

On top of the tournament, we also played many games “just for fun”, not that the tournament was any kind of serious venture.

I also took some time to go “up to the camp” to hang out with the boys for our annual ‘annual’.

On our forays into town, we stayed with Brent and Bernadette and admired the garden plot.
