This year’s tournament got off to a a rather wet start. Morning rains sent me scrambling for the fly tents in a effort to provide some dry spots to hide out in between games. However, by game time, the rain had stopped and we were happy to have some cloud cover to keep everyone cool.
Taking charge, I set out the rules and called the first teams.
Dennis’ shirt helped to set the mood.
We didn’t wait long for the first of many ringers to sound out across the pit.

At the end of the day, Sharon and Bernadette squashed the competition to become champions for 2011.
